Youth Level Up!

What we do

Our youth training program is a personalized youth, in-home personal training experience dedicated to mentoring and improving youth ages 6-14 in their specific sport or activities. We provide an atmosphere for youth to build a solid foundation of appropriate strength so they hare a step ahead of their competition. Not only will children enjoy improving their game, they will build strong core values and life lessons from the experiences provided.

 

Youth training is lead by myself, Christopher Spell. I grew up in Cortlandt Manor, NY and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a former division one football player for the University at Buffalo. After my playing career I broke the Guinness World Record for the “Highest Standing Jump.” I accomplished this feat while I worked as a youth sports and leadership coach for two years in Buffalo, NY. On top of that, I have over five years of experience mentoring and coaching youth ages 2-12 years old. I aim to use the knowledge, perseverance and dedication that I developed throughout my experiences to positively influence children and become the best youth coach I can be. Not only am I experienced in molding the world’s next generation, I am passionate about developing real connections with children and their families. I realized my passion at a young age. Growing up an only child made me realize how much I wanted to raise a big family. And although I may have some time before then, I would love it if you allowed me to be an influence on your children and your family.

Each session will be one hour and will run in a similar format from one another:

Youth Builder Rules Review (1 minute)

Key Word of the Day (2 minutes)

Child-Coach Communication (3-5 minutes)

Stretch (3-7 minutes)

Personalized Fitness Routine (30-40 minutes)

Keyword Review (2 minutes)
