The WORLD RECORD JUMP Program is an expansive and comprehensive vertical jump training program. Our all-inclusive program includes much more than just a strength training plan. Included in the WORLD RECORD JUMP Program are chapters detailing nutrition guidelines, jump techniques, rest & recovery standards and more! The last chapter includes our 6 month vertical jump strength & explosiveness training regimen that allows athletes to apply the knowledge they were given in the previous chapters in order to finish strong with a training plan that will test the athletes strength, will power and perseverance.

The WORLD RECORD JUMP Program was made by myself, Christopher Spell, NASM CPT, PES. This program is a culmination of everything I have learned throughout my journey so far in order to become a 2x Guinness World Record jumper as well as an elite jumper in general. I believe in this program and I'm excited to progress even more athletes than ever before!
