ABOUT
Unrelenting Passion to Motivate and Educate
My name is Christopher Spell. I grew up in Cortlandt Manor, NY and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a former division one football player for the University at Buffalo. After my playing career I broke the Guinness World Record for the “Highest Standing Jump.” I accomplished this feat while I worked as a youth sports and leadership coach for two years in Buffalo, NY. I have succeeded in helping my clients achieve their goals and I am passionate about training and educating individuals on how to become the best version of themselves. On top of that, I have over five years of experience mentoring and coaching youth ages 2-12 years old. I aim to use the knowledge, perseverance and dedication that I developed throughout my experiences to positively influence children and become the best youth coach I can be.
